Suteera (Sue) Graham, Chief Executive Officer
Sue Graham founded InfoPro in 1989. Under her leadership, the company has steadily grown into a successful organization that provides a wide range of advanced information technology (IT) solutions.
With an impressive list of past and current government and commercial customers, Sue has branded InfoPro with a clearly defined level of technical excellence and a meticulous approach to both management and problem solving. These core business fundamentals have positioned InfoPro to successfully compete for a variety of government and private contract opportunities.

Sue has been named as one of Maryland's Top 100 Women, and was nominated as one of the Top Twenty-Five Influential Minority Women in Business by the Minority Business & Professionals Network, Inc., in 2002. She is listed in the Who's Who of Executives and Professionals, and is an Officer and Board member of several organizations, including the Asian Business Roundtable, Thais for Thai Association, and the National Association of Professional Asian Women.
Before establishing InfoPro, Sue worked with General Science Corporation, where she was a member of a large-scale systems development team for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. She began her career in information technology while at the Kansas State University Computing Center in Manhattan, Kansas. Sue holds two degrees from Kansas State - a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a graduate degree in Computer Science with a concentration in software engineering.
James Yan, Executive Vice President and Chief Consulting Officer
James Yan develops and implements InfoPro's business strategies and manages the company's IT consulting services. James has more than 27 years of experience managing large IT and enterprise resource planning (ERP) modernization projects in both the public and private sectors. He has held numerous management positions, including Vice President of Technology Solutions Company and Chief Technology Officer at InfoPro, where he established InfoPro's SAP Center of Excellence and initiated the company's independent verification and validation (IV&V) practice.
Prior to returning to InfoPro, James was Program Manager at SRA International for one of USDA's largest ERP modernization efforts, the Web Based Supply Chain Management project. James has managed many large SAP projects supporting a variety of clients such as the Department of Homeland Security's Customs and Border Protection, IRS, ExxonMobil, MCI, Marconi Communications, Caterpillar, and Borden Chemical Company. He has also held several IT architect and technical positions with Mobil Oil Corporation, MITRE, and IBM.
James earned a B.A. degree in Computer Science from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Hawaii.
Eileen Anderson, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Eileen directs all of InfoPro's accounting, financial planning, and reporting activities. She has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and management services for federal government contractors; and brings an expertise in developing and implementing cost structures, cost proposals, accounting systems, and policies/procedures tailored to the specific requirements of government contractors.
Before joining InfoPro, Eileen was a Vice President with VICOR Business Services, where she supported numerous contractors working with the Department of Defense, state agencies, and other private sector businesses.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Eileen holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Longwood University. She is a member of both the American Institute and the Virginia Society of CPA's.
Greg Perkins, Vice President, Department of Homeland Security Programs
Greg manages all of InfoPro's business development and project delivery at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). He also works with InfoPro's IT partners to build on InfoPro's strengths in legacy systems integration, software development, and operation and maintenance of software applications. In addition, Greg oversees InfoPro's various activities with Customs and Border Protection (CBP), a component of DHS.
Prior to his appointment as Vice President, Greg was CBP Program Director, managing teams who consistently earned stellar client satisfaction ratings. Previously, Greg held several progressive positions, including SAP Systems Engineer in the CBP program and CBP Program Manager. Before joining InfoPro, Greg was a Senior Systems Analyst for SIGNAL Corporation, where he served in the Program Management Office for CBP oversight of Y2K program initiatives. He also worked as a programmer, analyst, and test specialist at ViaTech Systems, and has held technical positions with Martin Marietta and Computer Data Systems.
Greg earned a bachelor's degree in information systems management from the University of Maryland.
